Microsoft releases Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update
Microsoft officially released Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update to all the devices and my first reaction after installation was “its awesome”. After really waiting for long time finally users gets to taste the Mango update. Updating to Windows Phone 7.5 mango was quite simple but its quite time consuming assuming there is around 500 new features integrated.
After delivering NODO update to everyone which was quite failure, Microsoft has decided this time to release the update gradually to all the existing phones and they are expecting it to complete in next 4 weeks.
So its not sure when you connect your Phone via Zune it will allow to update the phone. But there is one unofficial way to update the phone to Windows Phone 7.5 mango which was released by wpcentral guys.
Steps to unofficially update to Windows Phone 7.5 mango

Make sure your Phone is fully charged.

As you connect your phone to your PC Zune software will automatically open. If Zune is not installed then first download Zune. [Download Link]

After connecting phone to PC and opening the Zune, browse to Settings and click on Update button. After clicking it will search for any new update and will say Phone is up to date.

Now comes the most important part, click in some other button. Now again click on Update button but this time after clicking on update disconnect your internet immediately.

If you have done step 4 properly then after some 25 to 30 seconds Zune will show update to your phone. Repeat the step 4 until and unless you see the update button. Trust me it really works and I have installed the same way on my phone.
The only issue which I faced after installing Mango was the Facebook which was previously synced properly now showing some error code. But Facebook is working fine and its showing all the updates and even able to post the status message.
